It doesn't get better than this. Having family put in a special request, and seeing the look on their face, when they see the finished product. When my daughter saw the gumpaste shoe, she gasped, "Oh, mama! That is a cinderella princess shoe for my prize (surprize) birthday... Its gorgeous! I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks to all who attended the party. We had a great time.

Ganache

You say patato, I say potatoe... So, the debate is on. It doesn't really matter how it is pronounced, "Ganache" is delicious. Drizzle it, pour it, on top of buttercream, or eat it off a spoon. It is something to write home about. Keep it cute or make it elegant. It all eats the same.
