Wedding shower

My first out of towner. I was thrilled that someone wanted one of my cakes enough to travel an hour and a half to get it!

Ganache

You say patato, I say potatoe... So, the debate is on. It doesn't really matter how it is pronounced, "Ganache" is delicious. Drizzle it, pour it, on top of buttercream, or eat it off a spoon. It is something to write home about. Keep it cute or make it elegant. It all eats the same.
